Peloton Bootcamp HIIT workouts are great for beginners and seasoned Peloton members looking to switch up their fitness. You may be familiar with bootcamp classes from group workouts like those on ClassPass. Or maybe you’ve been crushing through spin classes for a while and are looking for a new challenge. Whatever the case, this Peloton Bootcamp HIIT workout guide is just what you need to get started with Peloton Bootcamp HIIT workouts.
What are Peloton Bootcamp HIIT Workouts?
Peloton, which is known for its bike spin classes, also has great Peloton Bootcamp HIIT (high-intensity interval training) classes. Peloton Bootcamp workouts are workouts that alternate between cardio and strength training. These classes usually also include HIIT. HIIT workouts increase your heart rate maximum effort for a short interval then resets to lower intensity.
What are Peloton Bootcamp Classes?
Peloton Bootcamp workouts combines cardio and strength training in one class, ranging from 30-60 mins. Peloton offers bootcamp classes on both its indoor bikes and treadmills; however, you don’t need either! The One Peloton App allows you to access all classes and content right from your own device. The Peloton app requires members pay a monthly fee to access the content (so do those with a bike or treadmill) and lets you enjoy live and on demand classes. In addition to bootcamp classes, there are so many other workouts like boxing, strength, yoga, and much more!
Why Try HIIT Workouts?
HIIT workouts are highly effective for weight loss, usually more than just cardio alone. Peloton Bootcamp HIIT workouts are a great way to support weight loss goals even when you are short on time.

What do you wear for Peloton Bootcamp HIIT Classes?
Now that you have access to Peloton classes, you may be wondering what to wear for your workout? If you plan to do a Bike bootcamp class and you prefer to clip in, then grab spin shoes. For the treadmill bootcamp classes as well as the strength training portion you will need sneakers. I recommend the Adidas Ultraboost. I love wearing these shoes for running and weight lifting because they are super lightweight. For leggings try these compression tights from Alala or these Lululemon high rise tights.
