Wear the Right Attire:
A tip to getting your best workout is to wear the right clothes. The best clothes allow you to comfortably do moves, on and off the bike. Believe it or not, what you wear, can be as important as what you do. It’s super difficult to get a good workout in, wearing cumbersome clothes. Furthermore, if my outfit is chafing, sliding down, or any one of another million annoyances, I get distracted and don’t perform my best. For spin workouts, I typically prefer to wear workout tights (or leggings). In addition, I look for items that are high waist, slim fit but breathable, and have moisture-wicking or anti-humidity fabric like my pair from Adidas. Having fabric that helps to remove moisture from sticking to the skin really gives me more freedom in movement and long-term wearability. Finally, I like to wear a supportive sports bra and short sleeve top or tank. Depending on the type of spin bike, you will also need to invest in spinning shoes or research a great pair of sneakers that work well for spin classes. I typically wear my Adidas Ultraboosts, because they are lightweight, flexible, and able to keep up with my various workouts.
