Peloton no bike or tread? No problem! I love the Peloton bike experience, but when that’s not an option the workout must go on. If you read my Peloton workouts 30 minutes or less round-up then you know how much I love taking classes on the app as well. Below is a list of quick cardio workouts you can do anywhere you are, no equipment necessary. I especially like these no-equipment Peloton classes when I am traveling or don’t have access to a gym. If you are completely new to Peloton, I recommend starting here and reading my Peloton FAQ and my Peloton HIIT workout round-up as well! After you’ve tried these classes, be sure to comment below or dm me on Instagram @TheFancyFrancy to let me know your favorite!

PS: Here are some Peloton at home essentials I recommend purchasing to complete your at-home workout setup: seat cushion, exercise fan, floor mat, foam roller or muscle massage gun, quality sneakers, and a heart rate monitor or smartwatch. If you also share your gym with family members or tend to sweat a lot, I recommend also purchasing gym equipment cleansing wipes.
