Peloton no bike or tread? No problem! I’m not gonna lie, I love the Peloton bike experience, but when that’s not an option the workout must go on. No bike or tread? No problem! If you read my last Peloton round-up then you know how much I love taking classes on the app as well. Below is a list of quick cardio workouts you can do anywhere you are, not equipment necessary. If you have the time, be sure to follow up with a strength, yoga, or stretch class afterward!
1). Jess Sims – 20 Min HIIT Cardio: This class is the perfect quick and easy cardio when you don’t have access to a machine. Within minutes you’ll have a glazed donut look. It’s best for intermediate or beginners willing to work at their own pace.
2). Matty Maggiacomo – 30 Min Britney Spears Power Walk: It’s Britney B*tch, enough said.
3). Chase Tucker – 20 Min HIIT Cardio: Another 20 minutes HIIT it, quit it, and say we did it workout. No equipment necessary.
4). Robin Arzon – 20 Min Full Body: A strength classes that makes you sweat like a cardio class = the best of both worlds
5). Jess Sims – 30 Min Hip Hop Fun Walk: This class is the perfect audio companion for an outdoor walking workout.
