One of my favorite trips to date has been the St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. This resort is one of a kind and exhibits the definition of luxury and relaxation.
During my stay, I was absolutely blown away by the beauty of the hotel grounds and location. The resorts oceanfront location could not have been better. Being at the St. Regis Bahia felt almost like we rented an exclusive rainforest, renting out an exclusive rainforest did not seem so far from reality as the resort does sit on 483 acres of land right next to the El Yunque National Forest.
The resort also hosts three mouth-watering restaurants catering to a variety of palates. The Seagrapes Restaurant, serving eclectic dishes, was a favorite of mine and luckily for me, was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Avocado pizza served to me poolside while being surrounded by palm trees and the sounds of the Atlantic Ocean? Yes, please! If I didn’t feel pampered enough, St. Regis Puerto Rico Bahia Beach Resort also included the Iridium Spa located on the property. Saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, and cold plunge pools – sounded like heaven! In addition to the Iridium Spa, the resort had a very impressive fitness center, sharing the space with the spa. Multiple cardio and weight machines, along with free weights and an open, naturally lit space, really made my morning workout a breeze!
Overall, I think I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful resort and would stay at the St. Regis Puerto Rico Bahia Beach Resort again. It allowed me to relax, unwind, and feel like quite a queen for a few days!
