The Best Stationary Exercise Bike Routine

The best exercise bike routines will incorporate HIIT, recovery, and full body strength training. 

Incorporating high-intensity routines on an exercise bike aids in weight loss; while doing longer rides can help build endurance.

Bike routines with HIIT cardio workouts at least 2-3 times a week are ideal and a great way to help you lose weight if that is your goal.

Be sure to also include at these 2 days of rest and or active recovery. I suggest 4-5 days on the bike and 2-3  active recovery with yoga for muscle restoration.
