The best workout anywhere apps are essential for my morning routine. I love to try new workout classes but when that’s not an option, apps are a great alternative. With so many different apps to choose from, it can be hard to figure out where to start. Below is a great list for workout beginners, frequent travels, or anyone looking to switch up their routine.
3 Best Workout Anywhere Apps 2021:
- Adidas Training by Runtastic App: adidas has several apps to help you keep your fitness on the go but my favorite is the adidas Training by Runtastic App. In addition to the app, there is a great website with lots of resources and articles. The app also includes fun challenges to help you reach your fitness goals faster!
- Peloton App: The Peloton app is a digital multi workout hub. It provides on-demand and live virtual classes for spin, strength, yoga, and much more. - Tone it Up Fitness App: This is the first workout app I tried and actually stuck with. TIU app has a free version and a membership version. Both include the “Daily Toning Moves” on demand. I love doing the daily workout whenever I’m in the gym and can’t think of what to do. This app is also great for when you are traveling and need a quick workout. The app changes somewhat frequently so double check on the current free offerings.
